Terms of Agreement

By creating an account or using Minofi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Minofi is a digital office for people who work alone: daily missions, focus sessions, and progress tracking. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Your account

• You need an account to use Minofi, created with email/password or Google Sign-In.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• The information you provide (name, goal, etc.) should be accurate.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

Founding membership & payment

• Founding membership is a one-time payment that unlocks full access to Minofi. It is not a recurring subscription.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record.
• The number of founding memberships may be limited.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase by emailing privacy@minofi.app. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually, and your founding membership access will be removed once the refund is issued.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share or resell your account access.
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use Minofi for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

Minofi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minofi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for founding membership.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll let you know by email. Continuing to use Minofi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
